At Tapchap (by Gream), we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Tapchap account and associated data, please follow one of these methods:

Option 1: In-App Request

Open the Tapchap app → Go to Profile → Tap “Delete Account” → Confirm your request

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to: support@greamcompany.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Your registered phone number or email
• Your full name

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your profile information (name, phone number, email)
• Booking history
• Messages and interactions
• Account preferences

Data That May Be Retained

• Transaction records (for financial/legal compliance)
• Logs for security and fraud prevention

Retention Period

• Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days
• Some retained data may be stored for up to 90 days where required
